It is possible that Richard, Jr., was not legitimate because his parents were not married at the time of his birth. Little Richard was born on May 2, 1969, but RLB, Senior and Beverly Saville were not married until May 17, 1969 Certificate #: A266415
It is definitely a fact that RLB, Junior inherited senior control of the fortune earned by Walter Dean Barteaux and held with his wife, Betty Mae (Stevens) Barteaux. This was titled THE BARTEAUX FAMILY TRUST, and was originally founded on March 10, 1987, but amended and restated on December 17, 1996.
I assume the funds therein are now
seriously depleted, but still supply enough funds for the family, still using
the last name Barteaux, for a very reasonably comfortable lifestyle.
After a diligent effort, we were able to obtain the information that Richard Junior, was born on May 2, 1969, but RLB and Beverly Saville were not married until, as stated above, May 17, 1969.
We did discover during these inquiries that RLB, Senior, has a record for two marriages in Las Vegas. This was likely the same location for each wedding, his second marriage, this to Beverly Saville, and then RLB, Senior's third marriage to to Belinda. Belinda shared with us that she had received a very respectable settlement at the time of her divorce from RLB, Senior, which took place when she was able to sneak away from the place they were staying in Las Vegas after she covertly contacted a friend to pick her up with all of her luggage. Yes, she was also abused.
We did find the names of Beverly's parents and siblings as of the time of the 1950 census, conducted in Santa Monica, California. Her parents names were Audrey J. Saville, her mother, and Alden G. Saville, who was then working as an operator for a termite company. Little Beverly had two older sisters, ages 4, Audrey, and 3, Joy, a year younger.
It appears that Richard, Jr. did not want to, or was able to actually run these companies, as they were sold. This left him a man controlling considerable wealth, who was able to afford anything he wanted. Reports from his former wife, Jill, confirmed this assumption.
But no compensation was ever made to Richard Senior's first wife, Melinda, and Richard Senior's oldest child, Carolyn Anne Barteaux, also received nothing.
When I mention compensation I refer to such elemental issues as paying for the baby's birth, medical needs from multiple incidents of battery, and for Melinda, the costs paid solely by herself and her parents after she escaped Richard, Senior.
It is likely these failures of compensation were through the demands of Betty Barteaux, this carried out by Richard Barteaux, Jr. No one in the Barteaux family ever asked to see little Carolyn or acknowledged her existence. Since her maternal grandparents, Dr. Arthur Francis Pillsbury and his wife, Mary Alice Reasoner Pillsbury, adopted her when she turned 12, at their request, Carolyn continued to live with them until age around 12, when she began refusing to attend school and amuse herself in various ways, many of these highly questionable.
These included nearly exact behaviors witnessed with Richard's third child, Angel. Failure to attend school, sexual activity, and the use of legally proscribed substances. Also, a failure to tell the truth to those responsible for her care.
Dr. and Mrs. Pillsbury had bought Carolyn her own horse, among other indulgences, and noted these deviations from what was accepted by any and all family members by age 13.
Carolyn was not behaving herself in multiple ways. She dropped out of Springville Union School, which was a five-minute walk from the Pillsbury home. When Dr. and Mrs. Pillsbury signed her up with a Christian School, which operated remotely, the student required to read the books and papers supplied, do research on the subject, and answer the questions provided. Carolyn refused to complete the assignments, shared with Melinda by her exasperated father, Dr. Pillsbury, who was also the head of the school in Springville she was refusing to attend.
Due to Carolyn's unwillingness to do anything in the least academic, by the time she was 14 - 15, she was sent to live with her Aunt Anne in Santa Barbara. My parents could no longer deal with her and Carolyn's time with me and her siblings had proven to be dangerous for my younger children, as Carolyn would attempt to get them to do things that were extremely dangerous, such as jumping off the top of the house.
The goal for the Pillsbury Family was to ensure Carolyn finished at least high school. No confirmation that this happened has been made available. No communications with the Barteauxs took place at any point.
Carolyn, her last name Pillsbury from the time of her adoption, changed her name to Morgan Pillsbury at age 17. Morgan, formerly Carolyn, was 17 when Melinda's sister, Anne, was no longer able to cope with her, and sent Barteaux's child to live with Melinda.
Morgan proved to be extremely disruptive and dishonest. Exhibiting no interest in gaining an education she started a long-term affair with Eddy Van Halen. I knew nothing of this at the time. Not at all interested in the contemporary music world I did not even recognize his name. The closest I came to meeting him was a recounting by my younger children of his dropping off Morgan (formerly Carolyn) and nearly running over one of our cats.

Unfortunately, Little Carolyn did
inherit one thing from her biological father. She is also a psychopath, a
fact which became obvious to Melinda through her demonstrated behavior from
childhood to the present time.
