DeleteI would like to know just who gave permission to publish this with my name. Copywrite infringement for 1. Using and slandering my name for two. I don't like being called a liar and being accused of fraud!! I already took a copy of the marrage certifacate and have no idea how you got it, but then to publish it is going to far when you turn around and call me a liar!!
DeleteMarriage certificates are public documents. The document was provided by your former daughter-in-law. Asking you prove you are the individual who married Richard L Barteaux eliminates the issue you are some one else. My marriage certificate to BarteUx is online with multiple proofs I am the person I present myself as being. Therefore I have direct knowledge of the Barteauxs during the times cited. If called to do so I would so attest under penalty of perjury.

People dont make these things up, unless that is your na me is Richard!! Then he tells me my father broke my he'd open from behind!!

DeleteThe barteaux family was not living in Palm Springs yet there was still living in West Los Angeles if you want me to describe the home to you I would be happy to Richard and I were living in the desert in Las Vegas as I said before

ReplyDeleteI never asked for any support, either for myself or for the baby because Richard and told me if he was ever alone with the baby, if it was a girl, he would have sex with her. I told this to my parents and to my attorney who advised me not to ask for support, as this would open the door for him to have visitation.

DeleteAnd who told you I was a stalker? I understand what you went through because he tried to kill me, this after I had been battered multiple times - and we were only together as a married couple from September to the next January. I left to protect my unborn child and asked for no support to ensure Richard would have no access to the baby, it if was a girl. Now, I'm putting up information because I spent years studying the psychology of psychopaths and reading about actual cases is highly informative to potential victims.
